We only deliver to France excluding DOM TOM via Colissimo.

Standard Delivery: FREE for orders of €150 or more (less than €150: €6.99 incl. VAT charge)
Delivery tracking
In the order confirmation email, the "Order History" link will allow you to track the delivery of your products. Please note that tracking your order will redirect you to a third-party site that we do not control.

Our aim is to deliver within the timeframes mentioned above, however, delivery times are not contractual. They are therefore only indicative.
We will not be able to change the delivery address of orders following confirmation of the order.
If no one is present at the delivery address indicated to receive the delivery of the products, the carrier will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox.
Title and risk of loss of your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products.
We are currently testing the removal of the classic "plastic bag" that usually protects products. This means that you do not have to deal with any non-recyclable waste when you receive your order (the sorting possibilities for soft plastics for individuals are still imperfect).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept your return within 15 days (from receipt of the product). You can exercise this right of withdrawal without penalty. The shipping costs are your responsibility. We advise you to choose a shipment with delivery against signature.
We will only accept returns if the following conditions are met: All items must be returned to us new (not worn, washed or used) with their labels.
Each item is manually checked upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse your return if the above conditions are not met.
In the event that the return is validated, we will proceed with a refund, Velocidade does not make any exchange of products.
How to request a return?
You can access return requests from the My Order History menu in the My Account section.
For all orders shipped or delivered less than 15 days old, a return request form is available in the order details. The return procedure is present and explained to you on this page.

After-sales service
All our products are guaranteed for 2 years. You can return defective products within 2 years of purchasing the products and receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping costs are covered by Atelier Velocidade.
Please note that this warranty does not cover the following cases:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect
Failure to follow washing instructions causing discoloration or shrinkage
Impact and scratch damage
The cuts
Normal wear and tear of materials.
For any request for support by the after-sales service, you must contact the store from which you purchased it. After verification by us, it will be repaired, replaced free of charge or refunded.
