Thank you for this past year together in our bicycle equipment workshop
Some years fly by, while others leave a lasting mark. 2025 is definitely one of the latter. Behind every order, every message, every review, there are above all the people who keep Velocidade, our handcrafted bicycle equipment workshop, running day in and day out. Your support, your feedback, your encouragement—sometimes subtle, sometimes very visible—have been with us every step of the way this past year in the workshop.
Producing on a small scale, taking the time to do things right, testing, adjusting, improving… all of this only makes sense because you are there, riding with our equipment, wearing it out, repairing it, making it live outdoors.
A year punctuated by the workshop… and by your adventures
2025 was filled with repeated actions, new machines, new equipment, bike rides and adventures to test the gear, and numerous exchanges with you. Your feedback, your messages, your photos from the trails remind us why we do this work, and why we've chosen to remain a small , artisanal bike equipment workshop .

As a socially responsible brand, we donate 1% of our revenue to contribute to environmental preservation.
RICARDO VIEIRA - FOUNDER/DESIGNER/FASHIONIST
Ricardo has long been thinking about reducing his environmental impact, whether through his cycling and running, or in his daily life, having decided to become a vegetarian over 20 years ago. Curious and passionate, he began creating and making his first objects when his grandfather gave him a sewing machine for his 17th birthday, and since then, he has dedicated himself to creating, repairing, and making things with the same energy and in the same direction: simplicity and local production. Convinced that cycling is the ultimate low-carbon solution for everyday travel, Ricardo decided to create Velocidade and embarked on designing and crafting handmade bags using entirely artisanal methods.
